胃癌术前TNM分期的CT诊断进展 被引量：3

摘要 CT一直作为术前诊断胃癌胃外侵犯的重要手段,但其作用存在争议。近年来,CT设备及检查技术不断发展、完善,术前应用CT进行胃癌分期又重新成为国内外研究热点。本文综述了胃癌TNM分期的CT征象及技术进展。
