摘要
高职院校核心竞争力的本质特性为人文性、学术性、独特性和创造性,高职院校校园文化的构建符合并基于核心竞争力的特性与内涵,而特色校园文化的评价标准更是与核心竞争力紧密相关,只有具备原创性、可传承性,体现人文精神、以人为本理念的校园文化,才能认定为特色校园文化。
The essential characteristics of the core competence of higher vocational colleges are humanities, academia, uniqueness and creativity. Construction of the campus culture of higher vocational colleges based on the connotation and characteristics of the core competence, and the characteristics of campus culture and evaluation standard is more closely related to the core competence. Only with originality, inheritance, humanistic spirit, humanistic campus culture, campus culture can be identified as characteristics.
