摘要 从"卓越计划"培养目标出发,以食品行业和企业需求为导向,构建全程产学"3+1"校企联合培养模式,强化实践创新,优化课程体系.通过加强实验室平台建设及校企合作等方式,全面贯彻落实"卓越计划",提升学生的工程素质和实践能力,为国家及海峡西岸经济区培养出更多具有食品工程技术的高素质人才. From the training objectives of the"Excellence Plan", the whole"3+1"school-enterprise cooperation train-ing model was constructed and the practice innovation was strengthened and the curriculum was optimized to meet the food industry and enterprise demand. The"Excellence Plan"was comprehensively implemented by strengthening the construction of the laboratory platform and the school-enterprise cooperation, to enhance the engineering quality and the practical ability of students, and cultivate more high-quality talents with food engineering technology for the coun-try and the economic zone on the west side of the Straits.
