摘要
大量流行病学和遗传学研究证实,冠心病、脑卒中等心脑血管疾病是由遗传因素与环境因素共同作用所致的复杂疾病.心血管疾病的重要危险因素有高血压、高血脂、高血糖、肥胖、吸烟等.这些危险因素对预测心血管疾病的发病有重要的意义.现通过查阅文献,对蒙古族心血管疾病及其危险因素研究现状进行综述,为今后进一步进行蒙古族人群心血管疾病研究提供理论依据.
Lots of epidemiological and genetics studies have proved that cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases are caused by both genes and living environment. There are many risk factors for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, such as hypertension, hyperlipemia, hyperglycemia, obese, smoking etc. All these factors are very important in predicting the outbreak of these diseases. This paper summarizes the research status of cardiovascular and cerebro-vascular diseases and its risk factors in Mongolian population, which provides a theoretical basis for further study.
