摘要
目的：通过检索蒙药复方防治胃病实验研究方面的文献，进一步了解蒙医药在胃病防治方面的研究概况。方法：在中国知网（CNKI）及万方数据库中，检索1995-01-2012-03报道的“蒙药胃病实验研究”文献，并将检索到的文献进行筛选，归类总结。结果：检索到的75篇文献中进行研究的有23个复方，其中药理研究的文献有17篇，大部分研究多集中于临床研究，实验室研究中有关幽门螺旋杆菌研究非常少见。结论：本研究对掌握治疗胃病、消化性溃疡病的蒙医方剂方面的研究情况，尤其对抗幽门螺旋杆菌蒙医方剂的研究提供了方便。
Objective：To further know the general situation of Mongolian herbal compound prescriptions in the preven-tion and treatment of stomach disease through retrieving the experimental research literature about Mongolian herbal compound prescriptions in the prevention and treatment of stomach disease. Methods：The literature was retrieved un-der the term of“Mongolian medicine and gastrosis”in China national knowledge infrastructure （CNKI） and Wanfang database, the time of literature was limited from 1995 to 2012. All the papers were then classified and summarized. Re-sults：75 papers were retrieved out, including 23 Mongolian herbal compound prescriptions, in which 17 papers were about its pharmacological research, and most studies focused on the clinical research, however, the laboratory studies on H. pylori was very rare. Conclusion：This study provides a convenient to grasp the research situation of Mongolian prescription in the treatment of stomach, peptic ulcer disease, particularly to research on Mongolian medicine prescrip-tions against Helicobacter pylori.
