摘要
在调查研究的基础上,从专业能力、方法能力、社会能力三个层次分析了企业对农业高职学生就业能力结构需求状况,并从企业视角出发,提出了通过工学结合、校企融合、校内导师与校外导师联合对学生进行职业核心能力培养的对策,以实现学生、企业、社会的可持续发展。
On the basis of investigation and research, the paper analyzes the demand situation of enterprises for agricultural vocational students employment ability structure from professional ability, method ability, social ability three levels, and from the enterprise perspective, puts forward training counterm easures of students professional core ability through work-integrated learning, the combination of colleges and enterprises, the combination of school teachers and external tutors, in order to realize the sustainable development of students, enterprises and society.
