液压设备的噪声分析与控制措施的研究

摘要 随着对液压设备噪声标准的要求越来越高,液压设备的噪声控制要贯穿液压设备设计的始终,降低噪声也成为液压设备设计的难点之一。通过分析噪声发生机理,提出了控制噪声的措施:减少或消除液压油中空气含量,机械减震,管路防振,隔音罩,消除脉冲振动。这些措施有助于液压设备设计者正确的选择液压元件,在设计液压系统时降低设备噪声。 As the requirem ents for hydraulic equipment noise standard are higher and higher, the noise control of hydraulic equipment is to run through the hydraulic equipment design, lowering noise has become one of the difficult points of hydraulic equipment design. By analyzing the mechanism of noise generation, noise control measures are put forward: to reduce or elim inate the air content in hydraulic oil, mechanical damper, the pipeline anti-vibration and sound insulation cover, elim inate the pulse vibration. These measures will help designers choose right hydraulic components and hydraulic system to reduce the equipment noise.
