摘要
根据市场需求,阜新高等专科学校对高职制冷与冷藏技术专业进行了改革:根据人才市场需求,调整专业培养目标,构建能力结构;根据岗位变化需求,优化调整课程体系,增强适应能力;根据岗位技能标准,强化专业实践教学,提高岗位能力。改革后学生适应社会的能力越来越强,从学校到社会过渡的时间越来越短,毕业后可直接上岗。初次就业率和专业对口率都有所提高。
According to them arket demand, Fuxin higher training college reform s refrigeration and cold storage major：adjust the professional training objective, construct the capacity structure in answer to the talents market needs; optim ize curriculum system , strengthen the adaptability according to the post change needs;strengthen practical teaching and increase post ability in conformity with post skills standards. After the reform the students can adapt to the society easily, the transition from school to society is shorter. The initial employment rate and professing rate are improved.
