摘要
设计径向圆体成形车刀加工锥面工件时,由于存在前角,刀具前面的平面没有通过工件轴线,刀具的刃形形状就必须做成刀具前面与工件圆锥面相交得的双曲线,被称为理论双曲线;在实际制造时,径向圆体成形车刀通常也被做成圆锥面,刀具的刃形变成前面与成形车刀本身的圆锥表面相交的双曲线,被称为刀刃的实际双曲线。采用分段设计的方式可有效降低由于理论曲线与实际曲线存在的误差而引起的工件的尺寸误差。
When machining a conical work-piece,the tool edge of the radial cylinder-shaped copying turning tool must be made like a hyperbolic curve formatted from the intersection of the front surface of the tool and the conical surface of the work-piece,which is called the theoretical hyperbola. But in actual production, the copying turning tool is made into a conical type,so the tool edge is also a hyperbolic curve formatted from the intersection of the front surface and the conical surface of the tool own,which is known as the real hyperbola,Using step-by-step design can effectively reduce the size error of the work-piece due to the difference of the theoretical hyperbola and the real hyperbola .
