摘要
PID(Photonic integeration device,光电集成器件)是将光层器件与电层芯片进行统一的芯片集成,将多个光收发器及合分波器等光器件集成起来,构成单片系统。PID代表了一种理念,即把传统上昂贵且耗能的光处理器件芯片化、集成化,是传统OTN底层技术的进一步发展。
This paper briefly describes the application of PID in the background in OTN, and introduces the related technology of PID, And its instance,compared with the traditional configuration of the characteristic and advantage,comprehensive analysis of specific application of PID technology in the OTN.
