摘要
"双师素质"教师及"双师结构"教学团队是保障高等职业教育教学质量的决定性因素之一。培养和提高教师的企业经历和实践动手能力,对不断深化工学结合人才培养模式和工作过程导向课程改革具有重要意义。
Teaching team consisting of“teacher-engineer-quality”teachers is one of key elements for ensuring higher vocational education quality. It is of great importance to deepen reformation of“working-learning”talent training mode and process-oriented courses to train and improve teachers’ enterprise experience and practical operational capability.
