摘要
汽轮机真空的严密性是机组经济运行的一项重要指标。真空严密性不合格,直接影响机组的真空程度和凝结水的溶解氧含量,对机组的安全、经济运行十分不利。目前,机组运行中检查真空严密性的方法主要有烛光法、超声波探测法、氦气查漏仪检测法,停机时主要用真空系统灌水查漏法查找漏点。利用氦气查漏仪查漏,作为一种精度很高的不停机查漏方法在电厂中应用广泛。
The vacuum of the steam turbine unit is an important index of econmoic operation. The tightness of vacuum directly influ ence the generating unit vacuum and dissolved oxygen content of condensate, if not qualified, it is very harnfful to unit safety and eco nomic operation. The main methods of vacuum examination include candle check, ultrasonic detection and helium leak check instru ment. when the unit stop, water leakage searching method is used. The use of helium leak check instrument, as a high precision of nonstop leakage searching method, which is widely applied to the power plant.
