摘要
结合应用型本科院校金融学专业实践教学中存在的问题,为更好地发挥实践教学的作用,提出金融学专业在实践教学体系构建中应坚持三个原则,即系统性原则、校内外结合原则和课堂内外结合原则。从培养应用型金融人才出发构建了实践教学体系的目标体系,结合目标体系的实现构建了内容体系,从实践教学制度体系和便于监督管理的考评体系两方面构建管理体系,从提高对实践教学重要性的认识、加强校内实验室和校外实践基地建设、做好实践教学课程体系建设和提高实践教学师资水平等方面构建了保障体系。
In order to solve the problems existing in tile financial practice teaching of practical-formed universities, and let the practice teaching play a better role, this paper presents three principles that the financial praetice teaching shouhl combine ＂on the campus＂ and ＂off the campus＂, combine ＂in the classroom＂ and ＂outside the classroom＂, and establish a system of knowledge. The paper establishes the goal system from the aspect of the training of applicationoriented talent, establishes the content system according to the realization of the goal system, establishes the ,nanagement system from the practice teaching regulations and evaluations, establishes the guarantee system from four aspects： to realize the importance of the practice teaching. By these we can strength the establishment of the lahoratory and ＂off the campus＂ practical bases, establish the curriculunl, and improve the teachers＇ level.
