摘要
针对采用纸质或E-mail方式投稿和审稿的不足,提出基于.NET平台的在线投稿系统,缩短稿件的流通周期,提高编辑部的工作效率。系统以《江苏财经》期刊为例进行开发,采用三层架构的方式进行设计。论述了系统的需求分析和功能设计,按照系统设计原则实现了作者在线投稿、编辑在线收发稿件、专家在线审核稿件以及主编终审稿件等功能。系统经过试运行测试,结果表明:系统性能稳定、操作简单、运行安全。
In view of the deficiency of the paper or email submission and review, an online contribution system based on NET platform was developed to shorten the manuscript circulation, improve the work efficiency of the editorial department. Taking Jiangsu finance and economics as an example, we designed such a system which adopts three layer architecture. Tile demand analysis and the function design of system are discussed in detail in this paper. According to the system design principle the platform realizes online submission, online manuscript editing, online experts review and other functions. The trial running of the system test shows that the system has stable performance, simple operation and safe operation.
