摘要
目的探讨595 nm脉冲染料激光联合点阵式Er∶YAG激光治疗酒渣鼻的疗效及安全性。方法酒渣鼻患者27例,以595 nm脉冲染料激光照射病变区,2周后再以点阵式Er∶YAG激光治疗病变区。两次治疗为一个疗程,共治疗4个疗程,分别于末次治疗后2周和6个月观察疗效。结果末次治疗后2周显效率为92.6%,治疗后6个月显效率为88.9%;患者满意率达85.2%。结论 595 nm脉冲染料激光联合点阵式Er∶YAG激光治疗酒渣鼻安全有效。
Objective To explore the clinical effects of combined 595 nm pulsed dye laser and pixel Er： YAG laser in the treatment of rosacea. Methods Twent-seven patients with rosacea were treated by 595 nm pulsed dye laser, two weeks later, used pixel Er： YAG laser treated rosacea patients. Two treatments was a course, treated four course. The clinical efficacy was evaluated two weeks and 6 months after the final treatment. Results Two weeks after the final treatment,the effective rate was 92. 6% and decreased to 88. 9% after 6 months follow-up. The pa-tients＇satisfactory reached to 85.2%. Conclusions Effects of combined 595 nm pulsed dye laser and plxel Er：YAG laser is a safe and effective method to treat rosacea.
