摘要
目的 调查职业已婚育龄妇女的生殖健康问题,并对其生殖保健方面进行探讨.方法 随机抽取该县不同职业不同年龄的已婚育龄妇女612名进行问卷调查,调查内容包括年龄、职业、受教育程度、家庭总收入情况、生殖道感染情况、个人保健方面、产前体检率等.结果 年龄处于25～35岁的年轻职业已婚育龄妇女对自身的保健方面重视程度高于其他妇女,有工作的已婚育龄妇女对自身生殖保健的关注高于无职业者,受教育程度高的妇女比受教育程度低的妇女更重视产前体检,收入水平高的妇女对生殖道感染的治疗情况高于收入水平低者,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 职业已婚育龄妇女的生殖健康及生殖保健的影响因素包括其年龄、职业、文化程度、家庭收入情况等,职业已婚育龄妇女需增加对自身生殖健康及生殖保健方面的知识,减少妇科疾病的发生.
Objective To investigate the reproductive health problems of the career married women of childbearing age and discuss the reproductive health care. Methods Randomly selected married women 612 cases with different ages in different occupations. Surveyed the age, occupation, education level, total family income, reproductive tract infections, personal care, prenatal examination rate and so on. Results The own health emphasis of age at 25 to 35 years old young professional married women was significantly higher than other women;the own health emphasis of married women with jobs was higher than them without jobs ; the prenatal examination rate of the high education was higher than those with low education; the treatment rates of high income levels was higher than those with low income, the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The factors of career married women of reproductive health include the age, occupation, education level, family income and so on. The career married women need to increase their reproductive health and reproductive health knowledge, to reduce the incidence of gynecological diseases.
