不同栽培模式对小麦条锈菌群体结构的影响 被引量:8

摘要 研究对不同栽培模式(净栽和混栽)下采集的113份感染小麦条锈病的新鲜叶片,从罹病叶片中直接提取罹病组织的DNA,利用我国及云南省的5个小麦条锈菌主要流行小种(条中32,条中29,条中31,条中23和水源类型)特异的分子标记对小麦条锈菌生理小种进行分子检测,明确不同栽培模式对小麦条锈菌群体结构的影响。结果表明,混栽条件下主要小种特异标记的检出率比净栽的低,净栽田块的优势小种特异标记为条中32和条中29,出现频率分别为81.5%和78.5%,而混栽田块的优势小种特异标记为条中29和水源类型,出现频率分别为41.7%和18.8%;混栽田块中41.7%的叶片中含有2个以上小种特异标记,58.3%的叶片中含有1个小种特异标记,而净栽田块中75.0%的叶片中含有2个以上小种特异标记,25.0%的叶片中含有1个小种特异标记。表明小麦品种混栽能有效地减少单个叶片中的小种数,并显著降低小麦条锈菌优势小种的出现频率,前者可能是减少病害严重度的重要原因,而后者则可能对病害的流行产生重要影响。 In order to explicit the effects of the population struction of Puccinia striiformis f. sp. tritici under different cultivation patterns (mix-cultivation and monocuhivation) in the fields. Five race-spe- cific-markers (CY32, CY31, CY29, CY23 and Shuiyuan pathogype) were used to survey 113 dis- eased samples collected from two cultivation patterns. The results indicated that dominant race-specif-it-markers were higher frequency under mono-cuhivation than that of mix cultivation, the dominant race-specific-markers were CY32 and CY29 under mono-cuhivation, the frequency of detection were 81.5% and 78.5%, respectively. The dominant race-specific-markers were CY29 and Shuiyuan pathotype under mix cultivation, the frequency of detection are 41.7% and 18.8%, respectively. The several race-specific-markers were detected in single infected leaf and 41.7% infected single leaf de- tected with more than two race-specific-markers, 58.3% infected single leaf detected with one race- specific-markers under mix cultivation pattern, while there were 75.0% infected leaves with more than two race-specific-markers, 25.0% infected single leaf detected with one race-specific-markers under mono-cuhivation pattern. The results indicated that the mix cultivation pattern can reduce races on sin- gle leave and suppress the frequency of occurrence of dominant races of P. striiformis f. sp. tritici in the fields significantly, subsequently reduced the servility and prevalence of the disease.
