摘要
Gardner’s综合征是一个自身免疫性疾病,以结肠息肉、骨瘤和软组织的肿瘤出现为特点。对诊断为结肠息肉的46岁女性的病例,因为额骨区的骨瘤高度怀疑是Gardner’s综合征进行分析。
Garder＇s syndrome is an autosomal dominant disease characterized by the presence of colonic polyplsis, osreoma and soft tissue tumors. One case of a 46-year old female with diagnosed adenomatous polyposis was reported. The suspicion of Gardner＇ syndrome was raised because of an osteoma of the frontal region.
