摘要
随着消化内镜诊疗技术的快速发展,各种内镜治疗附件的应用越来越普遍。透明帽作为最广泛应用的治疗附件之一,在内镜诊断及治疗中发挥了重要的作用,其中包括透明帽在内镜下黏膜切除术、内镜黏膜下剥离术、内镜下静脉曲张结扎术及硬化剂注射术、内镜诊断及取出食管入口细小异物等中的应用。本文现将透明帽在内镜诊治中的应用作一概述。
The application of digestive endoscopic accessories is becoming common with the rapid development of endoscopic diagnosis and treatment technology. As one of the most useful accessories, transparent cap plays a very important role in endoscopic diagnosis and treatment. It can be used in endoscopic mucosal resection, endoscopic submucosal dissection, endoscopic variceal ligation, endoscopic variceal sclerotherapy, the diagnosis and treatment of small foreign body of esophageal entry, and so on. The role of transparent cap in endoscopic diagnosis and treatment was reviewed in this article.
