摘要
目的:探讨采用微创的改良Muller手术治疗下肢静脉曲张在基层医院的疗效及评价。方法:收治下肢浅静脉曲张患者141例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,其中对照组72例,行传统大隐静脉高位结扎及剥脱术。治疗组69例,行改良Muller手术,比较两组在手术过程、术后并发症等方面的差别。结果:治疗组术中出血量、手术时间、住院天数、住院费用等方面均低于对照组,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:微创的改良Muller手术从疗效等各方面均优于传统手术。
Objective： To explore the efficacy and evaluation of treating patients with lower extremity varicose veins by using minimally invasive improved Muller surgical treatment in the primary hospital. Methods： 141 patients with lower extremity varicose veins were randomly divided into the control group（72 cases） and treatment group（69 cases）.The control group were accepted traditional high ligation and saphenous vein stripping surgery and the treatment group were accepted minimaLly invasive improved Muller surgical treatment in which surgical procedure,postoperative complications were compared in two groups. Results：The blood loss,operative time, length of stay, hospital costs in the treatment group were lower than that in the eonrol group in which there were significant differences （/9〉0.05）. Conclusion.＂ Minimally invasive improved Muller surgical treatment for lower extrenity varicose veins patients is superior to traditional surgery in various aspects.
