摘要
中国在竞争性产业的进入与退出壁垒方面存在的主要问题是 :进入壁垒低 ,企业盲目进入产业 ;而退出壁垒高 ,社会资源难以实现在产业间的优化配置。由此而造成许多产业过度竞争 ,生产能力严重过剩 ,经济效益滑坡。因此 ,政府应针对具体产业的情况 ,适度提高进入壁垒 ,而降低退出壁垒。
The major problems on the barriers to entry and exit in China's competitive industries are that the barriers to entry are too low,too many enterprises enter industries,and the barriers to exit are too high.It is very difficult to dispose rationally social resources between industries.That results in excessive competition,excess of production capacity and bad economic benefits,Therefore,government should raise barriers to entry and lower barriers to exit properly by the condition of particular industries.
