摘要
目的:分析钢板结合髓内钉治疗胫骨单髁伴同侧胫骨干中、远段骨折的治疗效果。方法:选取商丘市中心医院2010年11月至2012年11月收治的60例胫骨单髁伴同侧胫骨干中、远段骨折患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组30例患者术中采用双钢板固定,观察组30例患者术中采用钢板+髓内钉固定。对比两组患者治疗效果。结果:观察组患者治疗优良率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:钢板结合髓内钉固定方法治疗胫骨单髁伴同侧胫骨干中、远段骨折能够降低术后并发症发生率,提高骨折愈合率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To analyze the effect of plates combined with intramedullary nail fixation in the treatment of ipsilateral unicondylar tibial plateau and middle-distal shaft fractures. Methods： 60 cases with ipsilateral unicondylar tibial plateau and middle-distal shaft fractures were treated from November 2010 to November 2012 in Shangqiu Central Hospital. They were divided into two groups： observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group. Control group underwent du- al plate fixation while observation group underwent plates combined with intramedullary nail fixa- tion. Results ： Excellent rate in observation group was significantly higher than control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： In the treatment of ipsilateral unicondylar tibial plateau and middle-distal shaft fractures, plates combined with intramedullary nail fixation could reduce complication and ac- celerate bone healing and deserve the clinical expansion.
