摘要
目的:比较新型糖化血红蛋白测定仪拜安时与D10糖化血红蛋白测定仪的临床实用性.方法:选取郑州大学人民医院2013年1月至6月住院糖尿病患者及非糖尿病志愿者共99例(HbAlc:5%~13%),按照HbAlc分成A、B、C共3组,同一观察对象的同一标本分别用拜安时及D10测定HbAlc并进行比较.标本来源分别为末梢血、静脉血.结果:末梢血结果:拜安时与D1O结果相近,变异系数<5%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);静脉血结果:拜安时与D10结果相比差值较大,变异系数较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).而随着糖化值逐渐增高,无论是取静脉血或末梢血,变异百分比均呈增大趋势.结论:以D10测定结果为对照,拜安时取末梢血测定HbAlc结果比取静脉血测定HbAlc准确可靠.
Objective: To compare the clinical practicability between glycosylated hemoglobin ana- lyzer A1CNow + and D10. Methods: 99 cases with HbAlc in 5% -13% including inpatients and healthy volunteers were selected from January 2013 to June 2013 in the People' s Hospital of Zhengzhou University. They were divided into 3 groups according to the percentage of HbAle. The specimens were detected by A1CNow + and D10 respectively. The specimens were from peripheral blood and venous blood. Results: The results of peripheral blood detected by A1CNow + and D10 were similar. The variation coefficient was less than 5% ,the difference was not statistically significant (P 〉0.05). The results of venous blood detected by A1CNow + and D10 were different,the variation coefficient was 5.10% - 10.58% , the difference was statistically significant (P 〈0.05 ). As glycated hemoglobin values increased gradually,the variation percentage showed an increasing trend no matter in peripheral blood or venous blood. Conclusion : With the results of D10 as reference,the results of peripheral blood detected by A1CNow + are more accurate and reliable than that of venous blood.
