骨桥蛋白及C-met在喉癌中的表达意义 被引量:7

The expression and clinical significance of OPN and C-met in laryngeal carcinoma

摘要 目的:探讨骨桥蛋白(OPN)和C-met在喉鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达情况,及其与肿瘤发生、侵袭及转移的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学法(ElivisionTMplus法)检测52例喉鳞状细胞癌肿瘤组织及30例癌旁组织中OPN和C-met的表达情况,分析OPN和C-met的表达水平与患者的临床分期、组织分化程度、淋巴结转移情况间的关系。结果:在喉鳞状细胞癌和癌旁组织中OPN、C-met的阳性表达率分别为7】.2%、6.7%和63.5%、16.7%,喉鳞状细胞癌临床分期I-Ⅱ期患者中的OPN和C-met阳性表达率者分别为48.1%和55.6%.III-Ⅳ期患者中的OPN和C-met阳性表达率分别为96.0%和80.0%,无转移患者中OPN阳性率为53,6%,Cmet阳性率为46.4%,转移患者中OPN阳性率为91.7%,C-met阳性率为83.3%,彼此间差异均具有统计学意义;高一中分化患者中OPN阳性率为65.7%,C-met阳性率为54.3%,17例低分化患者中OPN和C-met阳性表达率均为82.4%,二者问无显著性差异。结论:OPN和Cmet的阳性表达率随着临床分期进展而明融提高,且与淋巴结转移有一定关系,但其阳性表达与组织分化程度间未见明显联系,OPN与C-met蛋白在喉鳞状细胞癌组织中的异常表达呈正相关关系,可能对喉鳞状细胞癌的侵袭和转移起着一定的作用。 Objective:To investigate the proteinum expression of OPN and C met and their relationship with tumorigenesis, invasion and cancer metastasis in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma(LSCC). Method:The expres-sion of ()PN and C-met were detected immunohistochemieal method(ElivisionTM plus)in 52 laryngeal squamous ear einoma and 30 adjacent tissues, to analyse the relationship between their expression levels and clinical stages,dif-ferentiation grades and the metastasis of pelvic lymph nodes. Result: The expression of OPN and C-met in laryngeal squamous carcinoma and adjacent tissues were 71.20%,6.7% and 63.5%, 16.7%, respectively. The positive rate of OPN and C-met with LSCC in stage I -- Ⅱ] is 48. 1% and 55. 6%, and that in 25 cases of stage [II --Ⅳ is 96.0% and 80.0%, with significant difference among them. The positive rate of OPN is significantly lower in the cases without-metastasis of lymphnode(53.6 % )than that in the ones with-meatstasis of lymphnode (91.7 % ). The positive rate of C-met in the metastasis cases is 83.3 %, which is much higher than that in the cases without-metas tasis(46.4% ). The positive rate of OPN and C-met in squamous cell carcinoma with high, medium grade differen-tiation is 65.7% and 54.3%, and that in 17 cases of in squamous cell carcinoma with low grade differentiation is 82.4%. The ()PN and C-met positive rate have negative correlations with differentiation grades. Conclusion: Ex- pression of OPN and C-met were higher with advance of clinical stages, and it has relation to the metastasis of lymph,but it's difficult to say that there is regular relation between expression of ()PN and C-met and differentia- tion grades. Expression of OPN and C-met have positive correlation in LSCC, and abnormal expression of OPN and C-met have some effect on tomor invansion and metastasis in LSCC patients.
