摘要
Cofilin是肌动蛋白结合蛋白,在维持actin的动态化过程中起着重要的作用。近年发现Cofilin与细胞的分化有关。许多机体内外因素可通过细胞内相关信号途径对Cofilin进行调控,从而调节actin骨架诱导细胞分化。该文对Cofilin的活性调节与分化的关系做一综述。
Cofilin, as an actin-binding protein, plays an impor-tant role in actin dynamics. It has been discovered recently that Co-filin is related to differentiation. Internal and external stimula-tion can regulate the activation of Cofilin by intracellular signa-ling pathways, thereby to induce cell differentiation via actin cy-toskeleton regulation. This paper makes a brief overview on ac-tire regulation of Cofilin and its relationship with differentiation.
