Expression of maspin and p16proteins in human oral squamous cell carcinoma

摘要 目的探讨maspin蛋白和p16蛋白在人口腔鳞状细胞癌(OSCC)中的表达。方法 80例口腔黏膜组织活检或手术切除标本中,OSCC(A组)20例,口腔黏膜白斑(OLK)伴上皮非典型性增生(B组)12例,OLK不伴上皮非典型性增生(C组)28例,正常口腔黏膜(D组)20例。采用免疫组化染色法检测四组标本中maspin蛋白和p16蛋白的表达。结果 A组maspin蛋白的阳性表达率低于B、C和D组(40.0%vs.83.3%、85.7%和90.0%)(P<0.05)。A组p16蛋白的阳性表达率低于C、D组(20.0%vs.64.3%、80.0%)(P<0.01)。maspin蛋白和p16蛋白表达呈正相关(r=0.802,P<0.05)。结论 maspin蛋白和p16蛋白在OSCC中的表达可作为OLK向OSCC转化的参考指标,且maspin和p16蛋白异常表达与OSCC发生发展有关。 Objective To explore the expressions of maspin and p16 proteins in human oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC). Methods A total of 80 samples from oral mucosa biopsy and excision was divided into groups of A(OSCC, 20 cases), BE oral leukoplakia (OLK) with epithelial atypical hyperplasia, 12 cases], C(OLK without epithelial atypical hyperplasia, 28 cases) and D(normal oral mucosa, 20 cases). Expressions of maspin and p16 were detected by immunohistochemical staining. Results Positive expression rate of maspin in group A was lower than that in groups of B,C and D(40. 0% vs. 83.3% ,85.7% and 90.0%)(P〈0. 05). Positive expression rate of p16 in group A was lower than that in groups of C and D(20.0% vs. 64.3% and 80. 0%) (P〈0. 01). There was a positive correlation between proteins of maspin and p16 (r=0. 802, P〈0. 05 ). Conclusion The expressions of maspin and p16 in OSCC can be indicators of transformation from OLK to OSCC,and both are related with OSCC development.
