摘要
产业结构是区域经济发展水平与效益的指示器。中部六省(山西、河南、安徽、江西、湖北、湖南)新世纪以来产业结构演进呈现第一产业比重稳步下降、第二产业比重逐步攀升、第三产业比重降低的格局。从静态、动态、增量不同维度,运用偏离-份额法考察中部六省产业结构演进方向、速度及与全国水平的比较,定量测度各省部门结构与竞争力对区域经济增长的贡献,在明晰各省产业演进中存在的问题基础上,提出夯实第一产业基础、走好新型工业化道路、提升第三产业贡献和"三化"协调与发展同步推进的对策思路。
Industrial structure is the indicator of development level and efficiency of regional economic.Since the begining of the new century,the industrial structure evolution of Six central provinces including Shanxi,Henan,Anhui,Jiangxi,Hubei,Hunan showed that the first industry rate declined steadily,the second industry rised gradually,and the tertiary industry proportion reduced.From the static,dynamic,increment dimensions,shift-share method was used to study the direction,speed and the horizontal comparison of industrial structure evolution of six provinces in central China.The regional economic growth contribution of provincial department structure and competitiveness measured quantitatively.Based on clearing the problems during the provinces＇ industry evolution process,strategies including tamping foundation of the first industry,taking new-style industrialized way,enhancing the tertiary industry contribution and coordinating the industrializating,urbanization,agriculture modernization are proposed.
