卷烟原料干燥动力学分析 被引量:4

Dynamics Analysis of Tobacco during Process of Convection Drying

摘要 利用烟草热湿处理特性在线分析装置,考察了上部(B2F)、中部(C3F)和下部(X2F)3种部位卷烟原料在不同温度下含水率随时间的变化规律。利用Matlab软件对方程进行非线性拟合,建立了卷烟原料干燥动力学方程,通过方程计算得到表征卷烟原料干燥特性的参数,同时对比分析了不同卷烟原料干燥特性的差异。结果表明,Midilli and Kucuk方程MR=aexp(-ktn)+bt动力学模型可较好地描述卷烟原料的干燥过程,试验值与计算值相关性较好。 The moisture content of upper leaves(B2F),middle leaves(C3F) and lower leaves(X2F) of tobacco under various temperatures during the drying process was investigated by the on-line drying equipment.Using Matlab software to match nonlinear equations,the dynamics model to describe the process of tobacco drying was set up.The parameters of tobacco drying were obtained.The differences between characteristics of tobacco drying were analyzed.Results showed that process of could be tobacco drying well described by equation of Midilli and Kucuk:MR=aexp(-ktn)+bt.The predicting results were well consistent with the experimental data.
