摘要
为了解晒晾烟种质资源之间的相似性,研究了32个晒晾烟品种资源在湖北省十堰市丹江口地区的农艺性状、经济性状、品质性状,根据19个性状数据进行了系统的聚类分析。结果表明,引进的晒晾烟品种资源可分为4个类群:品种类群Ⅰ包括半铁泡、大宁旱烟、四川晒烟、武鸣牛利、铁杆子5个品种;品种类群Ⅱ包括石门小铁板、天池乌烟等12个品种;品种类群Ⅲ包括GQH(川渝中烟提供)、大集大铁板烟等12个品种;品种类群Ⅳ包括公会晒黄烟(深色)、公会晒黄烟(浅色)、湖南宁乡晒烟3个品种。综合农艺性状、经济性状和品质性状分析,认为品种类群Ⅳ属于烟株高大、生育期较长、经济性状较好、化学成分较为协调的优良晒晾烟品种资源类群,可进一步示范推广。
In order to find out the similarity among sun-cured tobacco germplasm,32 sun-cured tobacco cultivars from China were investigated by cluster analysis based on data of 19 traits in Danjiangkou district,Shiyan city of Hubei province.Results showed that 32 sun-cured tobacco cultivars could be clustered into 4 groups.Group Ⅰ contained Bantiepao,Daning tobacco,Sichuan sun-cured tobacco,Wumingniuli,Tieganzi Group Ⅱ contained 12 varieties,including Shimenxiaotieban,Tianchiwuyan et al,Group Ⅲ contained 12 varieties such as GQH （provided by China Tobacco Chuanyu Industrial CO.,LTD）,Dajidatieban tobacco et al.Group Ⅳ contained Gonghui yellow sun-cured tobacco （dark color）,Gonghui yellow suncured tobacco （light color）,Hunan ningxiang sun-cured tobacco.Based on the analysis of agronomic characters,economic characters and quality traits,group Ⅳ was the best of all,worth for further demonstration and popularization.
