详细介绍了阿曼某水泥公司#1窑提产改造中(由2000t/d提高到2700t/d)的原料磨系统改造情况,包括对原料磨本体、选粉机、收尘系统及热风管道和电气自动化等实施了综合改造。改造后,原料磨的生产能力由90t/h提升到116t/h,满足了窑系统提产后对生料需求量的要求;且生料易烧性改善,系统电耗降低,粉尘排放(标况)低于10mg/m3。
The alteration of raw material grinding system of an Oman cement company #1 line's output improving alteration(output in- crease from 2 000 t/d to 2 700 t/d) was introduced in detail, including the mill, separator, dust collecting system, hot air pipe and electri- cal automation. After the transformation, the capacity of raw material increased from 90 t/h to 116 t/h, which met the meal demand of im- proved kiln system, and the burnability of raw meal was improved, system power consumption was lower and the dust emission(standard condition) was less than 10mg/m3.
