摘要
天津水泥工业设计研究院有限公司总承包的安庆阿尔博白水泥生产线采用新型干法预分解窑生产技术,同时在原料处理、粉磨以及烧成工艺中采用了天津院多项新技术、新工艺和新设备包括石灰石水洗系统、干湿法混合粉磨系统、低二三次风温的五级预热预分解系统、熟料二段漂白冷却系统等。该线经过一段时间的试生产调试和整改优化实现了白水泥生产线优质、高产、节能、高运转率的目标。
Tianjin Cement Industry Design ＆ Research Institute Co., Ltd. adopted NSP precalcining technology in the general contract project of Anqing Albo white cement production line, and several new technologies,processes and equipments of Tianjin Insititute were apllied in raw material treatement, grinding mill and firing system, including limestone washing system, dry-wet mixed grinding sys- tem, five stage preheating-precalcining system with low auxiliary-tertiary air temperature and two stage bleaching and cooling system. After a period of trial production and optimization, the white cement production line realized high yield,energy saving and high opera- tion rate running.
