摘要
目的:探讨人文因素在肿瘤科护理中的作用,提高肿瘤科的护理水平和病患满意度。方法:选定医院对其肿瘤科的护理人员进行调查,向他们询问治疗时遇到的问题及解决措施。结合实际情况,制定方案规划,转变工作理念,优化服务态度。在实际工作中注重与病人及其家属的沟通,理论联系实际,全力提高护理质量。结果:调查显示,在更加注重将人文因素应用到肿瘤科的护理后,护患关系得到改善,护理质量大幅度提高,患者和家属的满意度明显上升。结论:加强人文因素在医疗事业的应用有利于护理人员工作质量的提升和护理工作的圆满完成,也为营造良好的医疗环境提供了帮助,在一定程度上提高了医院的服务质量和品牌,减少医疗纠纷,实现和谐发展。
Objective：To explore the functions of humanistic fac-tors in oncology nursing and improve the level of oncology nurs-ing and patients＇ satisfaction. Methods：To investigate on oncology nursing staff in a selected hospital and enquire them about the problems and solutions in treatment. Combined with practical situation, to draw up plans, transform working ideas and optimize service attitude. In practical work, communications with patients and their families should be payed attention to, and theories should be integrated with practice, so as to feasibly improve the nursing quality. Results：The survey showed that after more im-portance was attached to the application of humanistic factors in oncology nursing, the nurse-patient relationship has been im-proved, the nursing quality has been greatly improved and the satisfaction of patients and their families has been significantly increased. Conclusion：To enhance the application of humanistic factors in the medical cause is conducive to the improvement of nursing quality and the perfect completion of the nursing work, and besides, it also provides helps for the establishment of favor-able medical environment, thereby, to a certain extent, improving the service quality and brands of hospitals, decreasing medical disputes and realizing harmonious development.
