In the teaching of organic synthesis principle, reaction principles should be related, and reaction characteristics and in-fluencing factors should be understood; combined with practical cases related to life, the optimum selection of synthesis paths should be intensively interpreted;heuristic and discussion-based teaching methods should be rationally used; multiple teaching means should be organically combined with each other.
