摘要
目的通过汇总20例广泛性全子宫切除伴盆腔淋巴清扫手术的护理效果,总结数据研究护理技巧。方法将20例择期进行过广泛性全子宫切除连同盆腔淋巴清扫手术患者进行随机分为干预组和对照组。对照组在手术前后进行常规护理程序,干预组则加大专业心理和各程序的护理工作监督。而后将患者对护理感受进行效果评估。结果干预组患者对全程护理感受满意度为90%,而对照组仅为70%。结论发现围手术期的患者护理对手术顺利完成有较高的保障。其中术前的心理护理干预,术中明确各方责任,阐明手术相关程序与步骤,为护理配合的重点。
Objective By summarizing the nursing effect of 20 cases of radical hysterectomy and pelvic lymph node dissection operation, nursing skills. Methods 20 patients undergoing elective radical hysterectomy and pelvic lymph node dissection operation were divided into control group and intervention group. In the control group before and after operation were given routine nursing, the intervention group increased professional psychological nursing and the nursing quality supervision. Then the feelings of patients were analyzed. Results The intervention group patient’s satisfaction was 90%, while the control group was only 70%. Conclusion Nursing in peri operation period of operation completed successfully with high security. The psychological nursing before operation, clear all responsibilities during operation, clarify the relevant procedures and steps, is a key task for nursing.
