摘要
目的探讨外伤性膀胱破裂的诊断和治疗方法。方法回顾性分析我院2010年1月至2012年6月64例外伤性膀胱破裂患者的临床资料。结果刀刺伤16例,跌踢伤13例,砸伤5例,交通事故23例,高处坠落伤7例。64例患者均行手术治疗。治愈61例,好转3例,无死亡病例。结论膀胱造影是膀胱破裂最可靠的诊断方法,早期诊断、及时手术探查修补裂口、充分引流、合理抗生素应用是提高治愈率、减少术后并发症的关键。
Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of traumatic rapture of bladder. Methods In our hospital from January 2010 to June 2012 64 eases of traumatic rupture of bladder in patients with clinical data analysis. Results The knife stabs 16, drop kick injury in 13 eases, female 5 cases, 23 cases of traffic accident, failing injury in 7 cases. 64 patients were treated with operation. 61 eases were cured, 3 cases improved, no death ease. Conclusion Bladder radiography is the most reliable method in diagnosis of bladder rupture, early diagnosis, timely exploratory operation and mend the breach, sufficiem drainage, reasonable application of antibiotics is the key to raise cure rate, reduce the postoperative complications.
