摘要
目的探讨左半结肠癌并肠梗阻采用Ⅰ期切除吻合术的可行性。方法回顾分析58例左半结肠癌并肠梗阻患者采用Ⅰ期切除吻合术的临床资料。结果采用Ⅰ期切除吻合术的58例中,无吻合口瘘、腹腔脓肿等严重并发症;无围手术期死亡;术后发生切口感染2例。结论Ⅰ期切除吻合术在左半结肠癌并肠梗阻中的应用是完全可行的。
Objective To explore feasibility of one-stage resection and anastomosis for the treatment of left colon cancer with obstruction. Methods Clinical data of 58 patients with left colon cancer with obstruction performed with one-stage resection and anastomosis were analyzed retrospectively. Results Of all cases, none complications such as anastomotic leakage and peritoneal abscess occurred, none died during the peri-operative period, infection of incisional wound appeared in 2 cases. Conclusion Application of one-stage resection and anastomosis for the treatment of left colon cancer with obstruction is absolutely feasible.
