摘要
目的探索关节镜下韧带末端缝扎固定治疗后十字韧带胫骨止点骨折的临床疗效。方法选取我院2012年1月至2013年6月创伤骨科后十字韧带胫骨止点骨折患者86例,随机分为两组:观察组(n=43)和对照组(n=43)。观察组患者采用关节镜下韧带末端缝扎固定治疗,对照组患者采用创伤骨科常规的治疗方法。观察并记录两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组患者的膝关节屈伸活动度、KT-2000值、Lysholm评分以及骨折愈合时间均显著优于对照组(χ2=9.786,t=5.68、9.56、7.32,P<0.05)。结论关节镜下韧带末端缝扎固定治疗后十字韧带胫骨止点骨折可以提高膝关节活动度、促进韧带恢复、改善膝关节功能,同时其疗效好、花费少、易操作,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of arthroscopic suture fixation of the ligament ends cruciate ligament tibial fractures dead. Methods Select our hospital from January 2012 to June 2013 orthopedic trauma cruciate ligament tibial fractures were 86 cases ending point, were randomly divided into two groups：observation group （n=43） and control group （n=43）.Results Observation group were treated with arthroscopic suture fixation ligament ends, the control group were treated with conventional therapy orthopedic trauma.Clinical efficacy observed and recorded two groups of patients（χ2=9.786, t=5.68, 9.56, 7.32, P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusions Arthroscopic ligament after the end of the suture fixation point cruciate ligament tibial fractures can improve knee range of motion, promote ligament recovery, improve knee function, while its good efficacy, less spending, easy to operate, should be promoted in clinical application.
