摘要
指出了由水污染造成的中国农村居民健康价值损失呈增长趋势，来源于不断增长的污染状况，地区间存在较大差异，东部地区明显高于中部和西部。利用2004～2009年中国19个农村肿瘤登记地区数据，采用修正的人力资本法和医疗费用法，评价了由水污染所致的中国农村居民健康价值损失，并探讨了这种与水污染相关的农村居民健康价值损失在时间上的变化趋势与地区间的差异状况。
Based on the data of China＆#39;s 19 cancer registration regions from 2004 to 2009 ,this article estimates the public health value loss caused by water pollution by using modified human capital approach and cost of illness method .The results show that the health damages of rural residents from water pollution had been rising over the six years from 2004 to 2009 ,which in eastern area is significantly higher than that in the central and western regions . Finally ,it puts forward some policy implications .
