摘要
目的：探讨重型颅脑损伤后二次手术的原因及预防措施。方法：回顾分析2006年12月-2011年12月笔者所在医院收治的28例重型颅脑损伤行二次手术患者的临床资料。结果：术后随访3个月~2年，治愈18例，中残3例，重残3例，植物生存2例，死亡2例。结论：二次手术患者病情危重、致残率及病死率高，首次手术时应避免手术粗糙，严格按照正确的手术方式，术后进行头颅CT扫描检查，严密监测，可尽量减少二次手术的发生，改善患者预后，减少不必要的麻烦和纠纷。
Objective：To study the reasons and precaution of resurgery of the severe craniocerebral.Method：The clinical data of 28 resurgery patients with severe craniocerebral from December 2006 to December in author’s hospital were retrospective analysed.Result：Patients were followed up for 3 months to 2 years,18 cases were cured,3 cases were moderate disability,3 cases were severe disability,2 cases were plant survival,2 cases were death.Conclusion：The mutilation rate and fatality rate of resurgery are high,first operation shall avoid rough operation and according to correct operation modus,postoperative give head CT scan and close monitoring,that can reduce the occurrence of resurgery,improve the prognosis of patients,reduce unnecessary trouble and disputes.
