摘要
目的:分析原发性心脏肿瘤的CT及MRI影像学特征,评估其诊断优势。方法:回顾性分析笔者所在医院有完整影像学及相关病理资料的原发性心脏肿瘤患者38例,其中CT检查20例,MRI检查18例,对比影像学及病理诊断结果。结果:20例行CT检查,全部检出肿瘤,敏感性100%,其中2例CT诊断与病理学结果一致。18例行MRI检查的心脏肿瘤患者全部检出,敏感性100%,其中6例肿瘤定性与病理诊断完全符合。结论:CT具有大视野、高空间分辨力,MRI对软组织具有较高的特异性的特点,临床上合理利用能够提高心脏原发性肿瘤的诊断水平。
Objective:To analyze the CT and MRI imaging features of primary cardiac tumors and to assess their diagnostic advantage. Method:Retrospective analysis of a complete imaging and related pathological data of 38 patients with primary cardiac tumors,including 20 cases CT examination and 18 cases MRI examination,contrast imaging and pathological diagnosis.Result:Neoplasia in all 20 underwent CT examination,the results,the sensitivity was 100%,including 2 cases of CT diagnosis and pathology results. 18 routine MRI of all cardiac cancer detection,sensitivity was 100%,among them 6 cases of tumor completely conform to the qualitative diagnosis and pathological diagnosis.Conclusion:CT has a large,high space resolution,MRI for soft tissue has the characteristics of high specificity,clinical reasonable use can improve the diagnosis level of heart primary tumor.
