摘要
目的:探讨心电图在心肌梗死和肺栓塞早期鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析2012年6月-2013年6月笔者所在医院46例心肌梗死患者(心肌梗死组)和41例肺栓塞患者(肺栓塞组)的心电图检查结果,对两组患者心电图特征及心电图积分进行比较。结果:肺栓塞组正常心电图、心电图积分、出现右束支传导阻滞、电轴右偏、肺型P波、SⅠQⅢTⅢ的比例均高于心肌梗死组(P<0.05);心肌梗死组ST段压低及抬高所占比例高于肺栓塞组(P<0.05)。结论:心肌梗死与肺栓塞患者的早期心电图特征具有明显差异。因此心电图可作为二者早期鉴别诊断的重要检查方法。
Objective：To investigate application value of ECG in early differential diagnosis of myocardial infarction and pulmonary embolism. Method：ECG results of 46 cases with myocardial infarction（the myocardial infarction group） and 41 cases with pulmonary embolism（the pulmonary embolism group） from June 2012 to June 2013 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Integral and characteristics of ECG of the two groups were compared.Result：Proportion of normal ECG,ECG integral,proportion of right bundle branch block,right axis deviation,pulmonary P waves and SⅠQⅢTⅢof the pulmonary embolism group were significantly higher than that in the myocardial infarction group（P〈0.05）.Proportion of ST-segment depression and elevation of the myocardial infarction group was significantly higher than that in the pulmonary embolism group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Early ECG characteristics of myocardial infarction and pulmonary embolism have obvious difference.ECG can be used as an important early differential diagnosed method of the two diseases.
