摘要
目的:研究他汀类药物在冠心病治疗过程中的疗效。方法:选取笔者所在医院70例确诊的冠心病患者,将他们随机分为观察组和常规组,各35例,常规组患者进行常规治疗,观察组患者在常规治疗基础上进行他汀类药物治疗。观察比较两组治疗前后各项指标。结果:两组治疗后各项指标均有明显降低,但观察组下降幅度更大。观察组治疗前后各项指标比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:他汀类药物可以有效治疗冠心病,是治疗冠心病的重要方法之一。
Objective：To study the treatment efficacy of statins in the treatment of coronary heart disease.Method：70 patients who were diagnosed with coronary heart disease in the hospital were selected,they were randomly divided into observation group and conventional group,each group had 35 cases,patients in the conventional group were given routine treatment,patients in the observation group were given statins therapy on the basis of routine treatment.The indicators before and after treatment were observed and compared in the two groups.Result：The indicators of two groups had significantly reduced after treatment,but the indicators of the observation group fell even more sharply.The indicators of the observation group before and after treatment were significant differences（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Statins can be effective in treating coronary heart disease,the treatment of coronary heart disease is one important way.
