摘要
当前,学校需要的是复合型人才,体育教师必须重视科研,实现角色转变,主动适应体育课程改革发展的需要。教学手段的多样化与教学质量的提升,最根本的是体育教师的改变,从以前的"经验教学法","辛苦教学法"向"科研教学法"转变,从单一的体育教师转向为学生的健康指导员。只有重视科研,才能更好的为社会服务,更是体育教师改变命运、提高地位、成才发展的成功之路。
At present, the school is in need of compound talents, teachers must attach importance to scientific research, realize the role change, adapt to the development needs of the sports curriculum reform. The diversification of teaching methods and to enhance the quality of teaching, the most fundamental is the physical education teachers to change, from the previous ＂experience teaching＂, ＂hard teaching method＂ to ＂scientific research＂ teaching method, to shift from single sports teachers and students health instructor. Only attach importance to scientific research, in order to better serve the community, is the sports teacher to change fate, improve the status of talent development, the road to success.
