基于均布载荷的正交面齿轮齿根弯曲应力计算方法研究 被引量:3

摘要 通过设计正交试验表,利用有限元软件对正交面齿轮在均布载荷作用下的齿根弯曲应力进行分析,拟合了面齿轮齿根弯曲应力计算公式,并分析了有限元值和拟合公式计算值间的误差,验证了拟合公式的可信性。该计算方法可为面齿轮传动的齿根弯曲强度分析奠定一定的理论基础。 Through the design of orthogonal test table,this paper analyses the tooth root bending stress of orthogonal face-gear under uniform load by the finite element software,puts forward the calculation formula which fits the face-gear tooth root bending stress,analyses the error between finite element value and fitting formula calculation and verifies the credibility of the fitting formula.This for mula can be used as the basic calculation method to analyze the face-gear tooth root bending strength.
