摘要
综述了近年来国内外煤气化技术开发及应用的进展情况,论述了固定床、流化床、气流床及煤催化气化等煤气化技术的现状及发展趋势,比较了国内外主要的煤气化技术,对当前煤化工技术及产业发展中令人关注的热点,如能量高效转化与合理回收方式、煤种适应性、大型化、装置可靠性、污水处理、技术集成以及产业政策等进行了分析和讨论。
The development and application of typical coal gasification technologies, namely fixed bed gasification, fluidized bed gasification, entrained-flow bed gasification and catalytic coal gasification were introduced and compared. The focal issues in modern coal chemical industry, including efficient energy transformation and rational recovery modes, coal adaptability, large- scale, reliability of installations, sewerage treatment, technological integration and industry policies, were analyzed also.
