摘要
我国国有企业在建立现代企业制度的过程中，均出现公司治理机制失效问题，这一共性问题的产生对国有企业治理理论提出了新的挑战．我们应在反思国有企业治理机制失效的原因之后，采取以“顾客至上”为中心来构建国有企业治理体系的新观点。
During the course of setting up morden enterprise system in chinese companies there is a common problem, ie., lack of efficiency in corporate governance. It poses a challerge to the state-owned enterprise governance theory. This article proposes a new view centering on 'Customer First' in building our state-owned enterprise governance system.
