摘要
文章对黑龙江省新农村体育发展状况及影响新农村体育发展的制约因素进行了分析,在此基础上,对构建黑龙江省新农村体育发展新模式进行探讨,旨在为黑龙江省新农村体育的发展提供借鉴和参考.
The paper analyzes the development situation and the restricting factors of the new rural sports on the Heilongjiang province , discusses the new model on the basis of the construction of Heilongjiang province new rural sports development , for the purpose of providing reference for the development of new rural sports in Hei-longjiang province .
