摘要
以影响机动车排放的主要动力零部件的企业研发能力为例,将国务院发展研究中心组织的行业专家评价与数理计算结合,分析出我国汽车排放标准设定能力基础知识3个不同层次标准基础设定能力的优劣之处。
Taking an example of driving force units factory＇ s R＆D capacities, this paper finds shortcomings and advantages in three levels of establishing capacity about our emission standards, by analyzing evaluation of industry＇ s expert, organized by Chinese State Council.
