初始含水率对白马湖疏浚淤泥透气真空排水效果的影响 被引量:3

Impact of initial moisture content on aeration vacuum drainage of dredged sludge in Baima Lake

摘要 针对不同疏浚工艺造成的疏浚淤泥初始含水率不同以及新疏浚淤泥含水率在短时间内呈现较大变化的实际工程情况,为探究初始含水率对疏浚淤泥真空排水效果的影响,对白马湖疏浚淤泥进行了不同初始含水率的淤泥透气真空排水室内模型试验。结果表明:(a)淤泥的初始含水率越高,真空促排作用产生的表面水越多,相同时间内淤泥促排含水率下降量越大,淤泥的排水效果越好;淤泥的真空排水过程可分为3个阶段,即快速排水阶段、稳定排水阶段以及缓慢排水阶段。(b)淤泥的初始含水率越高,淤泥进入缓慢排水阶段的时间越短,淤泥的真空排水周期也越短;淤泥的初始含水率越高,淤泥的含水率降低量越大,含水率降低过程越缓慢。 In practical projects, different dredging processes cause different initial moisture contents and the moisture content of the newly dredged sludge shows large changes over a short time. In order to study the impact of the initial moisture content on the effects of the vacuum drainage of the dredged sludge in Baima Lake, an indoor simulation experiment was carried out on the vacuum drainage of the sludge with different initial moisture contents. The results show the following : (a) With a higher initial moisture content of the sludge, there is more surface water produced by the vacuum drainage, the moisture content decreases more over the same period of time, and sludge drainage is more effective. The sludge drainage process can be divided into three stages: the fast drainage stage, the stable drainage stage, and the slow drainage stage. (b) With a higher initial moisture content of the sludge, the sludge needs less time to reach the slow drainage stage, the vacuum drainage of the sludge occurs over a shorter period, the moisture content of the sludge decreases more, and the moisture content of the sludge decreases at a slower rate.
