摘要
目的:突破医学评价领域方法应用现状,设计展开合理性论证与适配对策研究。方法:文献检索、应用资料和方法原理基础上,论述"综合评价"思想内涵与医学研究存在问题,从指标体系筛选与预处理、权重计算、方法选择等多环节探索适配对策,讨论方法敏感性、限制因素与组合评价理念意义。结果:评价系统设计从多层面研究设计问题,指导价值具有广义性。结论:适配对策与应用工作切合,更体现出医学研究方法论意义。
Objective： To improve the current status of applying medical evaluation area, design the application of rationality demonstration and fitness countermeasure. Methods： On the basis of liberation searching and application data and method theories; summary the ideological implication of ＂ comprehensive evaluation＂ and existing problem of medical analysis; searching fitness countermeasures from index system searching and pretreatment, weight calculation and method selection etc; discuss the ideological meaning of method susceptibility, objective limiting factor and combined evaluation idea. Results： Evaluation system design develop problems from multi-construction, instruction value has generalization. Conclusion： Combining countermeasure and application work can embody the significance of medical analysis methodology.
